The recognition - as voted by employees - was announced in new research by CMI, the professional body for management and leadership in the UK, and by employment website Glassdoor.
XPO is ranked number seven in the list of 20, based on analysis of the reviews posted on the Glassdoor website by current and former employees of more than 7,000 UK companies.
