Leads in six additional categories in 2015 Mastio Survey

GREENWICH, Conn. - April 21, 2016 - XPO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: XPO), the second largest less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier in North America, has been awarded top honors in eight categories in the 2015 Mastio LTL Carrier Customer Value and Loyalty Report. XPO is a top ten global provider of transportation and logistics services, including LTL, freight brokerage, supply chain, last mile, intermodal, drayage, truckload, expedite, managed transportation and global forwarding.

Surveyed shippers ranked XPO highest among national LTL carriers in the categories of:

• Trustworthiness
• Shipments picked up when promised
• Shipments delivered when promised
• Ability to meet appointment times for pick-up
• Shipments delivered with no shortages
• Competitive transit times
• Billing accuracy
• Claims processing

This is the 11th consecutive year that Mastio & Company has published the LTL Carrier Customer Value and Loyalty Report, which quantifies the perceptions of shippers who utilize LTL carriers in the United States. The 2015 findings were based on more than 6,000 observations documented during interviews with 2,021 shippers. Twenty-six LTL carriers qualified for inclusion in the report.
